OUR HISTORY Founded in New York in 1907, as a supplier of washers and gaskets to power the railroad industry, Phoenix Specialty Manufacturing is a 4 th generation family owned business built by people with a passion for superior service, quality and reliability. For more than a century, Phoenix Specialty has made small, precision components that are critical to a host of industries - all made to the exact specifications of the customer. Since relocating to Bamberg, South Carolina in 1967, we have continued to grow our industry and customer base and have expanded into more specialty stamped parts. Our parts are manufactured to exacting standards, for the most technically advanced industries of the 21 st century. From aviation turbine engines to medical pumps & valves and everything in between, Phoenix Specialty has become the leading supplier of custom parts to America’s OEMs.

OUR PROCESSES

We are experts when it comes to precision stampings. We’ve been doing it for more than a century. Within our 120,000 square foot state of the art facility, we have 48 OBI presses ranging from 25 to 160 tons. In addition to our presses and stamped products line, we have expanded our capabilities to include screw machine and water jet.

PROTOTYPING SPECIAL

Need to test just a few parts for a new project? We’re here to help. Using your print or sample, we will produce exactly what you need to your precise specifications. After proceeding to full production, the $250 will be credited to your order. All prototype parts are manufactured to the same Phoenix quality our customers have come to expect. Order 25 pieces for a flat fee of $250 – no additional tooling charges.

*To get the prototype deal, the order must meet certain requirements.*

IN-HOUSE TOOL & DIE SHOP With Phoenix's in-house tool & die shop, we can produce tooling in a matter of hours, with NO tooling charges or hidden fees. In addition, we have access to one of the largest inventories of interchangeable dies in the industry. With over 20,000 dies and a proprietary die set system, we can quickly configure a tool to meet your requirements.

SECONDARY OPERATIONS

Phoenix Specialty offers a variety of secondary operations for the parts we manufacture, where in-die production is not possible or cost effective. The operations include electro etching & ink stamping, painting & forming, dot peening and more. In addition to product specific operations, we also offer special packaging, labeling, certs & traceability documentation and custom forms to fit your needs.
