From Print, to Part, to YOU – Fast! We understand that providing product that meets or exceeds your specifications is imperative. One area that separates us from our competitors is our fast turnaround. We have an extensive inventory of 400 million specialty parts, and they represent more than 40,000 different customer part numbers. We have technical information for more than 122,000 different custom parts in our database. We are the industry leader in manufacturing nonstandard, specialty parts and can typically manufacture and ship your custom parts in fewer than two weeks after we receive your PO. • Customer Service: We are committed to giving the best service to all of our customers each and every time. This commitment starts at the top, with our owner, and continues throughout every department and employee at Phoenix Specialty. We are a privately held family business that is dedicated to its customers. • Raw Material: We stock hundreds of raw material types in thousands of different thicknesses, tempers, and widths. Our certified raw material inventory includes many aerospace alloys, such as Inconel, Hastelloy, H-188, L-605, and Rene-41, in addition to our extensive inventory of stainless steels, aluminums, carbon steels, brass, bronze, and copper. We also inventory a number of plastics like nylon, Teflon, and Delrin as well as various fiber materials. • Tooling: Our state-of-the-art tool and die shop allows us to produce tooling in hours, not days or weeks. We manufacture precision, compound, hard tooling that assembles and runs in our master die-set system. Whether it’s a complex shape, nonstandard round washers, or shims, we are fast. We’ve had more than 100 years to get really good at it! The recipe for being fast is simple; it’s the ingredients that are hard to obtain.
