A long standing dedication to making improvements. Our customers depend on our quality, speed, and service, so we as a company are constantly making improvements to further support their needs. All departments within Phoenix have continuous improvement initiatives, ranging from lean manufacturing tools and techniques to Six Sigma based process improvements. In addition to our in-house training , we employ multiple American Society for Quality certified Six Sigma Black Belts, Six Sigma Green Belts, and Certified Quality Technicians. Continuous improvement is such an integral part of our day-to-day operations that there are multiple ongoing improvement projects at any given time, including optimizing tooling clearance for die life, optimizing feeds and speeds for Swiss-machined part production, or a DOE (design of experiments) designed to improve wire EDM accuracy.
